Calculating Lead Time　Lead Time Off-set,Lead Time Off-set

Based on the delivery date of order, the planned release date of order (the scheduled date of releasing an order for purchasing order, or the scheduled date of giving manufacturing instructions for manufacturing order) is calculated using lead time, which is called Calculating Lead Time. This calculation has main two methods: Calculating Fixed Lead Time and Calculating Variable Lead Time.
