Capacity Adjustment

It is to adjust the capacity of the process against the load which cannot be handled only by equalizing the load such as loading and leveling. In capacity adjustment, the capacity for each period is set according to the standard capacity, maximum capacity, and the accumulation of the capacity and load. Such factors as overtime work, shift, and the increase or decease in staff transfer should be also considered to make the better use of capacity.
