It refers to the production plan in a form of Make to Stock. There are two types: one in a limited sense and the other in a broad sense. In the former type, the production plan is prepared based on the production amount plan by type or product group. Also called MPS (Master Production Schedule), the production plan by product or period is prepared considering the balance between the quantity of inventory or released order and the production amount.
