Order Point Item
It is the item whose Reorder Point is controlled by Ordering Point System (also called Fixed Size Ordering System), an inventory control method, and since Order Point is called OP for short, Order Point Item is also called OP Item for short. In terms of the Ordering Point System's features, this type of item can be found in the independent demand items belonging to B- or C-group, whose demand is stable and price is relatively inexpensive.
