Prior Logistics

In the whole process to manufacture products, after the engineering is over and the bill of materials is created, the logistics for parts and raw materials is performed using the bill of materials. But in case of e.g. make-to-order production, there are some items (parts or materials) whose lead lime is so long and whose delivery might be delayed if their logistics is performed after the engineering is over. In this case, their logistics may be performed in advance according to the experience. This method of logistics is called Prior Logistics, which is performed not through MRP but manually.
